Who is this course suitable for?
This course is aimed at everyone working in early years settings, including childminders and nursery staff.
Assessment
Continuous self-checks throughout the course (100% pass mark required to progress to next lesson) and an end-of-course multiple choice test with a 70% pass mark.

Cancellation and refund policy
We value our customers, and we understand that life does happen; if there are any problems regarding your bookings, please refer to our flexible cancellation/ refund policy below.
- If you cancel any more than 7 days prior to the booking date, a 40% cancellation fee will be applied.
- If you cancel within 7 days prior to the course, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
Payments
We accept BACS (Bank transfer) and online payments. If you choose to pay online, you will receive an email to confirm your payment and a member of our team will contact you shortly after to finalize a course date. Should you choose BACS, please contact us.
Please note that all bookings must be paid in full before the course date, and bookings will be confirmed by email. SK Training and Development Ltd will not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
With Corporate payments, invoices must be paid in full 7 days prior to the course date or within 14 days after the invoice issue date, whichever is first. SK Training and Development reserves the right to not provide any course until payment is made.
CERTIFICATION WILL BE HELD UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE IN FULL
